Local buses
Los Gallardos town hall runs a free bus from the campsite to the weekly market on Tuesday mornings. It leaves at 10 from the Reception and returns at 13:30.
You can catch a bus to Almeria from Los Gallardos, or there is a bus station in Vera where you can catch any one of a number of excellent long distance coaches. Check out www.alsa.es for more information.
There are no local bus lines running past the campsite or from Los Gallardos. However, a bus service does run along the beach front in the summer, taking you as far as you need for 1€.
Some town halls will run special buses for local fiestas. Check local press for details.
