In the event of death, what happens to the mobile?
All mobile home owners are required to fill in a confidential Next of Kin form and deposit it with the management.
In the event of your death, accident or incapacity, we will contact the people listed in your Next of Kin form to ask for instructions, and to help them come out to Spain if necessary.
We will pass on the keys to the nominated relatives in the form, unless Spanish law or your will specifies otherwise. No charge will be incurred in these cases.
