Electronic Issuing of Bills

If you wish, you can now opt in to our new electronic billing system.

Currently, this consists of you receiving a copy of any bills issued via email. You can then pay this bill in the shop, via electronic banking (if you have an account with your bank) or with a credit / debit card via our online payment system.

The bill is sent as an Adobe Acrobat PDF document, as an attachment within your email. You can normally see this attachment by looking for the paperclip icon in your email, or clicking on the “View Attachments” link in your email program. If you receive a “file not recognised” error message when you try to open the document, you may need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader plugin, available here.

The email you receive should have full information regarding different methods of payment available to you. If you are registered as “away” then we do not normally print out bills for you until you return. You can read more on different ways to pay your bill by clicking here.

This new system helps you keep up to date on any bills issued. In the future we hope to expand this system to allow you to track your paid and unpaid bills via the internet.

To register or unregister on our system, pop by the Shop or contact us.
