Can tradepeople operate onsite?
Not with prior permission from the management.
In order to ensure that our residents are protected from the worst of the cowboys, we do not permit third party tradespeople to operate onsite unless they have been approved by the management.
We also have to bear in mind planning rules and the correct maintenance of mobile homes, so we like to be assured that workers onsite know what they are doing before they do it.
