Annual costs of keeping a mobile home onsite.
Annual costs include:
Yearly pitch fee, yearly connection to TV, annual rubbish collection (charged by, but collected by us for the local Town Hall). Total cost for 2008 is around €2300.
You should also factor in the cost of electricity, water and gas. Electric and water are both metered and charged by usage. Gas is brought directly from the gas company, who deliver on Thursdays to the site.
You are not subject to any other taxes or charges.
